We offer products, services, and resources designed to inspire, encourage, and support you. While we strive for excellence in everything we provide, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any service or product.

2. Services & Products

  • Services include but are not limited to: writing, editing, ghostwriting, content creation, and creative consultation.

  • Products may include journals, books, downloadable resources, and other creative materials.

  • All services and products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify offerings at any time.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless you agree in writing.

  • We accept online payments through secure third-party processors.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (including journals, eBooks, and templates), all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Physical Products

If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt. We may require photo evidence and will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

Services

  • For one-time services (e.g., writing, editing): If work has not yet begun, you may cancel within 48 hours for a full refund.

  • For ongoing projects: Refunds will be prorated based on work completed. Any expenses already incurred will be deducted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and products created by Fiorentino Creative Services are protected by copyright.

  • You may not be able to reproduce, share, or resell our work without written permission.

  • Client work-for-hire agreements will be specified in writing before project start.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any losses resulting from your use or misuse of our products or services.

  • Delays may occur due to events beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, illness, shipping delays).

7. Client Responsibilities

When purchasing a service, you agree to:

  • Could you provide timely, accurate information?

  • Please respond to communication as soon as possible to avoid delays.

  • Please take a look at the agreed-upon timelines and payment schedules.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Iowa.
